Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope you are enjoying summer's last few weeks with friends and family. We are busy preparing schedules and concluding several renovation projects at school to provide students with additional spaces for business classes, robotics, and STEM-related activities. I am grateful to our facilities team for their hard work and dedication. We will proudly open our school in a few short weeks, and I know our students and parents will be excited to see some of the changes.  

Looking ahead, our first home football game is on Saturday, August 27, at 1:00pm. BC is hosting Cardinal Gibbons from North Carolina. This will be a great event for our students and families and an excellent opportunity to show your school spirit as we cheer on our Crusaders. For freshman families, students should connect with their "big brother" in the upper grades to get information on our tailgates. The tailgates are an excellent way for students to become immersed in our school culture and experience the Brotherhood. Please contact the admissions office should you have questions about the first tailgate. 

To stay connected, we again organized a school-wide Communication Guide. The attached guide provides information on whom to contact and important dates throughout the fall term. I've also attached the Family Handbook. This revised handbook provides information on the policies and procedures we expect all students to follow. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about our Family Handbook.

Finally, we are resending our one-page school calendar. This calendar highlights important dates and provides information about school holidays and observances. Thank you for all your support. Working together will help your sons have a great experience at Bergen Catholic.
