A Message from Jim Gray
Orlando City Commissioner
This is a reminder that the first floor of City Hall is be closed for renovation, and is not accessible. During the renovation, Permitting Services is temporarily located on the second floor.

During this time, we strongly recommend customers make an appointment. Guests who  make an appointment  will not have to wait in line to check-in, and may proceed directly to security to be admitted into City Hall.

For guests who do not wish to make an appointment, we suggest  getting in line remotely before visiting City Hall. Guests who get-in-line remotely will receive updates via text letting them know how much time is left before they are seen by staff.

Please visit  cityoforlando.net/construction  for detailed instructions on how to enter City Hall. Should you have additional questions, please call 407.246.2121.
Traffic Box Art for Neighborhood Association s
Apply for a Mayor’s Matching Grant to paint or wrap a traffic signal box in your neighborhood. It’s easy to bring art into your neighborhood!

Traffic art boxes allow neighborhood associations to brand themselves with a theme, encourage a sense of neighborhood pride, and brighten their landscape. Public art encourages a sense of ownership and pride within the neighborhood, and can be a small but important way of creating a sense of neighborhood identity.

The neighborhood association must be registered with the City of Orlando’s Office of Communications and Neighborhood Relations for at least one year. The City of Orlando defines neighborhood organizations as mandatory homeowners, condominium and voluntary associations
