Dimensions of Diversity A Community Connections Workshop
Saturday, April 7, 2018 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The strength of our neighborhoods is our diversity. This workshop will give participants a stronger understanding of how to engage citizens of differing cultures in their neighborhood. Together, we will focus on best practices for communicating and engaging neighbors across culture. Community Connections Workshops are FREE! Parking is FREE in the surface lots in front of and behind Beardall Senior Center. Complimentary refreshments courtesy of the City of Orlando.

Did you know that 24-percent of the municipal solid waste stream is food and yard waste? A great way to reduce your landfill contribution and create your own nutrient rich soil is home composting.
We are offering FREE home composters and workshops to residents of the City of Orlando through Mayor Buddy Dyer’s Green Works initiative.
