Dear Extended Killroy Family,
In this unprecedented time, we wanted to reach out and say thank you to all of our customers. We have been grateful to be designated an essential business and even more grateful for the show of support from our staff and customers. Thanks to all of you, we have been able to return to something close to normal with most of our staff working full time.
Prior to the shelter in place orders, Killroy had laid the groundwork for two exciting new changes. First, we set in motion a redesign of our website which needed a refresher. Almost complete, we can’t wait for you all to see what we have been working on when we launch on June 1st! Second, our office in Campbell will also be getting a facelift as we remodel the interior to provide an updated workspace for our invaluable office staff. As a small business ourselves, we feel very fortunate to be in a position right now to support another small business as we all contend with the new “normal”.
In addition, we want to reiterate our commitment to the safety of our employees and customers. All of our technicians are provided with hand cleanser, gloves, booties and respirators. Also, we have reduced paperwork exchange by emailing invoices and requesting credit card payments whenever possible.
