As 2020 comes to a close, we're ending the last few days in gratitude with #25daysofgratitude. Today's gratitude focus is on family. Families are the foundation to our community and strong families make our communities stronger.

Please consider joining us in focusing on gratitude this month. When we focus on gratitude and the many things we're thankful for, our burdens can become blessings as we gain perspective and realize the difficult times can actually be a season of growth and resilience building.

NEW CHRISTMAS EVENT AT THE FORD IDAHO CENTER

The Treasure Valley holiday season kicks off TONIGHT, Friday, November 20 at the Ford Idaho Center Horse Park and Sports Center for the first ever Idaho Bright Lights Festival presented by Idaho Central Credit Union. The Ford Idaho Center will convert the Horse Park & Sports Center into a socially distanced winter market and dazzling light display, with the help of local lighting partners, Silver Bells Lighting!

Take the One Idaho Pledge

The City of Nampa has partnered with the Nampa Chamber of Commerce, One Idaho and the Idaho Press to continue support for our local businesses.

Posters can be picked up at the Nampa Chamber of Commerce or the Mayor's office at Nampa City Hall.

The Nampa Chamber of Commerce has graciously agreed to be a one-stop shop for all local businesses, and has a variety of other resources including free masks, hand sanitizer and COVID-19 related signs in English and Spanish.

COVID-19 FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

Thanks to the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare and the Hispanic/Latino COVID-19 Task Force, a variety of bilingual signs are available for local businesses or organizations. If interested, email bowmana@cityofnampa.us or pick up today at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Nampa Chamber of Commerce offices.
