including nutrition, exercise and a lasting lifestyle change!
Take these steps to manage your weight and health at Texas
Health Fitness Center HEB.
Step One:
Attend ONE of the information sessions on
Wednesday, January 3, 2018*
12 - 1 p.m. OR 6 - 7 p.m.
*There is no cost to attend the information session.
Attendance is required for participation in the program.
Step Two:
Attend your initial interview with the Registered
Dietitian during the week of Monday, January 8.
Step Three:
On Tuesday, January 16, begin your 16-week
journey to a healthy, slimmer you!
Choose from weekly Tuesday morning or evening class times:
10 - 11:30 a.m. or 6 - 7:30 p.m.
Cost for the 16-Week Program:
$425 Non Fitness Center Members
$325 for Texas Health HEB Fitness Center Members and Texas
Health Resources Employees.
Payment can be split into two payments, if first half is received
at the information session.

Lifestyle Change - Identify your attitudes, expectations and misconceptions about eating, activity, and weight. Take action to change your beliefs and lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off.
Tracking - Get a handle on your eating and activity behaviors with LifeSteps® unique FOOD AND ACTIVITY RECORD. This powerful, proven weight loss tool helps you discover your specific behaviors that hinder your progress.
Goal Setting - Make deliberate, step-by-step changes to reach your lifestyle and weight loss goals.
Social Support - Stay motivated because you're part of a group
that focuses on positive reinforcement and meeting common goals.
Set Yourself Up for Success - Learn strategies and skills for handling eating out, parties, celebrations, emotions and food saboteurs for now and the future.
More than Weight Loss - Improve your health and reduce your risk for diabetes, high blood pressure and other chronic diseases.
About the Program
* Individual assessment prior to start of class
