As we joyfully anticipate the Advent Season and the rapidly approaching Christmas Break, I wanted to share tidings of great joy with each member of our Saint Joseph School Community. In the spirit of love and generosity that defines our community, I am reaching out to coordinate our annual SJS Christmas Collection.
For new members of our community, this collection began several years ago as a means of ensuring that each and every member of the faculty and staff felt appreciated and loved during the holiday season. This generous act of giving is a testament to the relationship built between our families and our school employees.
All proceeds from this collection are allocated to our faculty and staff based on their employment status. The school is committed to optimizing the amount distributed to each employee by covering the associated payroll taxes associated with the gift. For many, this gift makes a big impact on their personal financial situation – from our young educators navigating the challenges of high rent to our seasoned veterans supporting dependent families – your support during this festive season means the world.
Participation in this collection is voluntary and completely confidential. A gift of any size is sincerely appreciated. If you would like to make a donation, please do so before Monday, December 11, 2023.
