The 2026 NIRMA Symposium was a tremendous success. On behalf of the Board of Directors, thank you to everyone who attended, presented, volunteered, sponsored and contributed to making this year's event valuable for our members. The strong turnout, quality presentations and meaningful discussions demonstrated the continued importance of information and records management across the nuclear industry.
As we reflect on the Symposium, we encourage members to carry forward the ideas, lessons learned and professional connections developed during the week. NIRMA's strength comes from members who share knowledge, support one another and actively contribute to advancing the profession.

Looking Ahead to Tucson in 2027
Planning is already underway for the 51st NIRMA Symposium to be held at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona.
NIRMA President Kathi Cole would like to thank everyone for the outstanding turnout this year and is inviting the membership to join NIRMA in Tucson for another year of education, collaboration and professional connection.
2027 Symposium Early Registration Flash Deal
$1,200.00 Registration Fee through September 30, 2026.
Includes all sessions, the opening reception, vendor night, meals and annual NIRMA membership dues.
When an organization purchases three registrations, each additional registration fee is available for $1,000.00.
Although registration fees are non-refundable, they are transferable.
Stay Connected and Get Involved
The Symposium may be over, but NIRMA activities continue throughout the year. Watch for information about monthly webinars, committee meetings, business meetings, volunteer opportunities and professional knowledge-sharing activities.
One of the best ways to increase the value of NIRMA membership is to become actively involved. Members can contribute through committee participation, webinar presentations, magazine articles, Symposium planning and other volunteer assignments.
