And while we can't gather in person at this time, we hope you will join us for our first ever virtual event, LiveStream for Dreams , on Thursday April 9th. You can find more information below, and we hope to 'see' you there.

Our Response to COVID-19:

Although we've had to delay hundreds of our programs, our commitment to the communities we serve remains the same now as it has always been. We have moved beyond our normal programming to serve the immediate need of the communities we serve. Over the coming days and weeks we are:

  • Nearly 50 women we work with in India have shifted their focus to making much needed FACE MASKS from their homes. We are working to ensure we are doing our part to keep people safe. We are even seeing how the materials we use to make our Asani Sanitary Napkins can be converted into making masks for the local community.

  • We are working with local officials, our distribution team, and many local food distribution organization in rural Gujarat to ensure that women in rural areas have access to Menstrual Products - because periods don't stop for pandemics!

  • We have made a significant donation to FOOD BANK NYC, earmarked for personal care for women in their Woman to Woman program - like tampons, pads, toothpaste, etc.

  • Last week we made a strong commitment to our team, those we serve, and our donors that we will keep our doors open and continue to serve our beneficiaries in any way we can, no matter what it takes. You can read our statement here.

If you are in a position to do so, we hope you will consider making a donation so that we are able to continue providing for the most vulnerable among us, now and into the future.
