To Our Valued Clients:

What a couple of weeks it has been.

As the country adapts to minimize the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, please know that our priority is to continue to provide a superior client experience while protecting the health and safety of our team and their families. Of course, our paramount concern is the health and well-being of our clients, our vendors, and our business partners, too.

We understand the magnitude of the public health crisis that is affecting the entire world, and we appreciate the efforts to contain and mitigate the virus. Accordingly, we are reacting with reason and realism to the daily developments as it affects our business.

Like you, we have taken a number of precautionary measures to minimize the risks to our larger family. These measures are informed by the current guidelines and declarations provided by the country’s leading health authorities and experts -- including state and local officials -- and we will continue to monitor these directives closely.

For instance, we continue sanitizing and disinfecting our office continuously throughout the day. Our staff is cognizant of extra basic personal hygiene measures. And our property managers have likewise taken additional similar steps in the buildings we conduct business.

Our offices in Braintree and Burlington remain open to serve you. Nevertheless, for those of you who feel more comfortable working with us by telephone and other telecommunications, we are more than happy to accommodate your concerns and needs.

In the possible event of an office closure or other disruption, we are confident in our ability to seamlessly maintain operation and serve you without interruption.

We are equipped to work remotely; our VOIP system allows calls to the office to be routed to our advisors, notwithstanding their location. In addition, in such an event, we will continue to receive and prepare administrative paper transactions. Please be aware that requesting any changes to your portfolio (such as buys and sells) will continue in the usual manner.

Financial market volatility and talk of a recession can be really unsettling. Rest assured, as we have for over 25 years, we are here to help you make sense of it all. As your advisor, coach, and partner, we continue to focus on helping you achieve your retirement goals -- whether it be in tranquil or turbulent times.

We are committed to ongoing communication with all of you. And we will contact you as necessary. You may feel free to reach out to us at any time and we will respond quickly and efficiently. In the meantime, you can also follow us on LinkedIn and Facebook too. And our website will also feature new and relevant content in the coming days and weeks.

Thank you for your friendship and your business. We wish you and your families all the best for your safety and good health. We move forward with courage and confidence…together.

God bless,

Kelly Kelly
