Alcon EFCU is dedicated to the safety, health and well-being of our staff, members and communities. As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak, please know we’re weighing the protocol and guidance from many sources including our public health officials, state leaders and Alcon with whom we act in accordance where possible.

Although some businesses are starting to open up, we continue to err on the side of caution and are placing the protection of our members and employees as our top priority. That being said, the Credit Union lobby will continue to be closed to walk-in traffic until further notice. We understand this is a difficult time and we are working with members to find solutions for their needs. We will be meeting all your needs through phone, email and our many online services.
