Celebrate the Community

Join the community in recognizing the Lower Middle School’s Liberty Tree Mosaic Mural at Friday’s ceremony. The recognition ceremony kicks off at 4:45 p.m. at the barn and basketball court area of Montgomery Veterans Park.

The mural is one of two large collaborative murals celebrating America’s 250th anniversary. Each mural consists of 1,200 4-inch by 4-inch individual canvas tiles painted by members of the community and assembled into a meaningful expression of history and unity.

Make Your Voice Heard

We are excited to work closely with Plan4HealthNJ to make our township a safer, healthier place to live. We have launched the Plan4HealthNJ Community Survey to gather resident input on long-term planning initiatives. Take the survey here!

We are also hosting two community engagement meetings to gather feedback. The first community engagement meeting is scheduled for September 22 at 7 p.m. on Zoom. Residents are invited to reexamine the Master Plan, provide feedback and help guide future decisions. Interested participants can register here. More information can be found here.

Learn More About Cybersecurity

Residents are invited to join us for an informative evening focused on cybersecurity, emerging threats and how to stay safe online. The event will feature speakers from the Montgomery Township Information Technology (IT) Department and the Montgomery Township Police Department, as well as a special presentation from NJ Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell.

The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. on October 7 at the Montgomery Municipal Center. Space is limited. All interested participants can register here.

The National Child Identification Program is designed to help families and law enforcement agencies be better prepared in the event a child is ever reported missing. Families are encouraged to create and maintain Child ID Kits with important identifying information. Kits are available at the police department, municipal center lobby and Otto Kaufman Community Center.

All county ballot drop boxes are officially open for the upcoming general election. Drop boxes are available 24 hours daily until 8 p.m. on November 3. Voters can find a list of ballot drop boxes here.
