are close to record giving for our year-end appeal. In December, 105 years ago, with Captain Harry Ross and writer and photogtapher Frederick William Wallace aboard, Effie M. Morrissey, made a record run from Portland, Maine to Yarmouth, NS. As you know many record performances highlight her history

From the Shipyard

Captain Dave Thompson sent us this photo last week. He reports " Ya, she has a beautiful sheer again! Planking will start after the 1st of the year!"

It's hard to see with the shelter tenting over her, but s he'll be floating by this time next year and we'll be able to see that "beautiful shear"!
