Voting For Your Voice
Each year, we report the financial health of the cooperative, elect trustees and gather together to celebrate another successful year.
The Slate Is Set. Meet Your Trustee Candidates. Get Voting Information.
In 2019 FreeState members generously gave $113,412 in spare change to area organizations. The FreeState Community Foundation facilitates the program with the help of a volunteer member committee of five that reviews and awards grant funds quarterly.

Remember When the Lights Came On?
As we talk about a new energy and the future of cooperatives, we also want to connect with our past to feature stories describing the time when the co-op brought power to the farm, ranch or residence. These members share their memory of when the lights came on.

An Easier Way to Pay.
The Pre-Pay program is more than a way to pay your bill. It’s a way to conserve energy, maintain a monthly budget, go green and paperless, and avoid deposits and late fees!

Where Does My Energy Go?
I get asked this question multiple times a month, so I wanted to go ahead and write about where your energy goes. Keep in mind that when I say energy, I am referring to any energy used in the home, not just electricity.
