An Opinion on U.S Media
Bihn Nguyen
I have an opinion about the evidence of Bezo’s affair, being presented to the public by the U.S Media.

We all have common views that are known to be the truth and it is also the role of the media to provide the true information to everyone. Under the supervision of the media, the politicians will be more honest, the government will be in a cleaner and more efficient operation. Let’s give some authoritarian governments as an example, they are all seeking to control the media to easily perform for their ambitions.

In my opinion, everyone has the right to know the truth but we should use that right to do the right thing. We do not need to know about Bezo’s private life and that also does not make much sense for our society or country. We can imagine how much embarrassment we have to endure if someday all information about family, children, work or hobbies are disclosed to the public.

Several years ago when Wiki Leak disclosed the Government’s confidential information to the public that brought danger to a lot of good people and their families while these people sacrificed their own life to bring our safety.

In the end, I support personal privacy for everyone and do not agree to use that for commercial purposes.
Seasons
Sanghamitra Chatterjee
In the summer
the sun is hot
on the sea shore
the kids play a lot
in that summer time
we fond of ice cream

Monsoon comes with rain
we hear thundering again
with flash of lighting
the sky starts dazzling

In the autumn leaves begin to fall
It is fun to collect them all
kids like to play where
leaves cover all the way

In the winter it full of snow
we have to cover us that we know
In the sunny days
kids play in sun rays

Spring is nice season
we see the leaves green
flowers bloom in various colors
kids paint these in water colors .

What did you learn this semester and what did you like most about the field trip to the Henry Ford Museum?

This semester, I learned a ton of alot of important vocabulary words. That will help me in the future college classes. My computer skills have got better. My project is finished, and The Henry Ford field trip was very exciting, everything that I saw was a memory I will never forget. -- Byran

This semester was my first year in the WCC GED program. But the main things that I’ve improved were my math skills alot more, its not that confusing to me anymore (thanks to Mrs. Terri). My vocabulary was good, but coming to this GED class improved my vocabulary tremendously! I’m actually glad my vocabulary gotten way better. The main thing I liked about the field trip was learning about the history from the early 1800s and 1900s. -- Kenyatta

On the field trip to the Henry Ford Museum I like the hamburgers. I liked to see my project of the George Washington. I learned this semester how to do is to do google slides. I like how to put projects on the computer. -- Kevin

I learn about business on a computer at home. I learn about math and it was good. I learn vocabulary words. I learn Declaration of Independence. I like field trip to the Henry Ford Museum and looked at everything. -- Telfer

I learned about how all people didn’t have the right to vote at one time. Had to picket and march go to White House, picket around and march to be treated equal. I learned at one time women could not vote, didn’t have the same rights as men, such as the suffrage women. They had to fight for the same right such as picketing. -- Dalphine

I learn new word that made sense. The computer, need to work more on it hard to remember. I saw crazy things from the past that was in History -- like JFK car and the cloth that the KKK wore! -- Dale

What I learned about this semester was doing my project on Rosa Parks. Learning and research about her history as being a mother of civil rights activities. And going on the Henry Ford museum to see the real bus that she rode on. -- Dominique

What I learn this semester was that I got to improve on my reading skill, learn more vocabulary words and in my math too. I improve so much I went up alot of grade levels and my teacher tell me that don’t stop. Someday I could be teaching others. I also learn on work on computer project. -- Oscar

This semester has been very good. I have learned a lot from the tutors, teachers and my classmates. It was a joy to have them, especially helping one another. The field trip was very nice. I learned so much, and took so many pictures. Would like to go again some time in the near future. -- Debbie
