As Director of Strategic Partnerships Mariya leans on this multi-dimensional behavioral health background to provide education, triage, and outreach on behalf of Pura Vida’s full-continuum of services. Her broad knowledge base and abundant passion for service makes her a tremendous asset to providers, families, and prospective clients seeking information and resources for complex SUD & mental health comorbidities.

Mariya is driven by a deep commitment to improving behavioral healthcare outcomes, both by connecting clients to lifesaving treatment options, and by bringing community providers together in the name of sharing resources and combating stigma. She finds fulfillment in helping bridge the gaps in the system and creating pathways to recovery that honor each person’s unique journey. In addition, Mariya is passionate about taking care of the caretakers, supporting providers’ mental & professional health by creating fun and valuable opportunities for connection, self-care, and professional development.
