An RFI is a formal “Request for Information” from a site selection consultant or company who is searching for a new location for operations. Please double check the Business Development Rep handling the project moving forward, as some roles have transitioned within our office.
The time has come and gone for the annual GOED Conference. On April 28th we met with economic development professionals across the state, it was so great catching up with all of you! There are big things ahead for the state of South Dakota, as well as some challenges we will have to work through together. If there is anything the past year has taught us, it's that we can adapt and overcome the obstacles thrown our way.

We also announced the Governor's award recipients for Large and Small Community of the Year, as well as the Excellence in Economic Development Award. Read more about the award recipients here.

If you were able to attend the GOED Conference in April we ask that you please take the time to complete the survey linked below. Your input is appreciated and we will consider your responses to make the conference the best it can be for you, our partners.

If you were not able to attend the GOED Conference this year stay tuned for our upcoming events. We love the opportunity to have all of our partners in the same place working to enhance the economic development environment for the next generation of South Dakotans.
