New mission, new goals, same passion.
Over the past year we listened carefully to our members, volunteers, and supporters about why they support AFO, what they see as our essential services, and how we can continue to provide for our community into the future. With guidance and consulting from Future Work Design, we gathered data from these conversations and held workshops with our staff and board to chart a new mission and three-year strategic plan. We are so excited to introduce you, our AFO community, to a new era for our organization.
