A New Physician and A New Location!

We are very excited to announce the Dr. Jonathan Hook will be joining us on January 1, 2023 in our Chicago Ridge, IL, Kenosha, WI and Libertyville, IL locations!

Dr. Hook is board certified in foot, rearfoot reconstruction, and ankle surgery. In addition to his clinical practice, he will act as the Fellowship Program Director of the WFAI Advanced Foot & Ankle Reconstruction Fellowship, and will remain actively involved in resident education and lecturing. Additionally, last week we moved down the street to 8500 75th St., Suite 105 in Kenosha! This new clinic offers more space, a brighter, cheerier, warmer environment and advanced technologies such as: MRI, Digital X-ray, PADnet testing, EPAT, and more! We also have space for Physical Therapy which we plan to offer soon! Take a look at the video below!
