A New Space. A New Chapter. Still Next-Mark

After many years on S. Pineapple Ave, Next-Mark has officially moved into a new office in downtown Sarasota. Our previous office became part of the exciting redevelopment taking place around us, The Zenith, and while saying goodbye to our old space and memories marks the end of one chapter, it also opens the door to something new.

Our new space is designed to reflect where we are headed as an agency. More creativity, more collaborations, and ready for what's next.

One of the biggest additions to our new space is an in-house dedicated green screen filming studio. It gives our team a space to create content for our clients right in our office. Making it easier to bring ideas to life, experiment with new concepts, and produce high-quality video and visual content.

While our surroundings are changing, our core remains the same.

Next-Mark has always been about relationships, creativity, strategy, and our clients. The marketing world moves quickly. New platforms, new technologies, changing the way we communicate, and creating new opportunities for brands to communicate with their audience. We are evolving right alongside it all, and our new space is a reflection of that.

We may have said goodbye to 40 S. Pineapple, but we’re not going far. Our new home is still right here in downtown Sarasota, keeping us close to the people, businesses, and community that have been such an important part of our story. We’re excited to continue growing alongside the city we’ve called home for more than a decade.
