Gabby Moves Home!

After more than four years of working toward her housing goals, Family Promise guest, Gabby, moved into her own home! Gabby first connected with Family Promise in 2018 when she visited Our Promise Drop-In Resource Center while experiencing homelessness.

As she continued to work toward her goals, Gabby completed an Emergency Housing Voucher application with her case manager in 2021, which was approved soon after! Gabby then began her housing search with the help of our Landlord Support Program team. To her excitement, Gabby's nearly five-year journey to find housing came to an end on December 1, 2022 when she moved into her new home. Gabby enjoyed celebrating the holidays in the comfort and safety of her own special place!

Congrats to Gabby, and thank you to our hard-working staff for helping her reach her housing goals and begin a new journey of independence and stability!
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Miranda's Pajama Drive

For her Girl Scouts Gold Award, Miranda chose Family Promise to be the recipient of her community service. Miranda felt passionate about making sure the children in our programs received a new pair of pajamas and are made to feel special.

Miranda will continue to collect new pajamas for Family Promise twice per year in the cold and warm weather.

Thank you, Miranda, for bringing some excitement and comfort to the little ones we serve!

CrossFit Chimney Rock
Thank you to CrossFit Chimney Rock, Randolph, for holding a donation drive for visitors of Our Promise! CrossFit Chimney Rock has supported Family Promise for several years with in-kind donations and matching fundraisers. We appreciate this wonderful partnership!
Operation Chillout

Thank you Operation Chillout for coming out to Our Promise and donating 75 backpacks filled with winter essentials!

The needed items will surely help our guests through the winter months and we are happy to receive the support!

We look forward to serving with you again!
