THE CULTURAL SECTOR SURVIVING THE PANDEMIC
ARTS + CULTURAL EVENTS IN 2021
Here we are two weeks into 2021 with no relief in sight from social distancing; and currently, staying at home as much as possible. Herd immunity from vaccinations is still months away. Across all sectors, businesses, cultural organizations and creators are continuing to try to adapt, ply their craft, and stay engaged with their clients as best they can.
In the Arts and Cultural sector, people are working hard to present and deliver their creations, the fruits of their labour to the public in innovative non-traditional ways. It is crucial to the survival of our cherished and hard-won corner of the economy that cultural producers in this Province continue to exercise their creative skills to foster an audience in a socially distanced, outdoor or digital capacity.
We’re still here! Events are happening! If you haven’t yet, consider developing an online masterclass, or put on an invite only live performance – utilizing existing social connectivity tools is a must! OR work with a tried and true method of social order and schedule appointments for gallery visits or exhibition showings. Whatever your genre, you can customize experiences for ongoing engagement using the originality and creativity that defines the Arts and Cultural sector.
Remember, If you are a marketing member, we’re posting, your events.
