State Associations Newsletter
State Leaders
Dear State Association Leaders ,

How are you doing???

These are challenging times for State Associations, and for all non profit organizations.

  • Will our members rejoin?
  • When can we have our education seminar?
  • When we reschedule, will they come?
  • Will our sponsors continue to support us?

These are the questions we are all asking ourselves.

I believe the most important thing state associations can do right now, is remind your membership of your value. Often members view their associations simply as a vehicle for education, but they are so much more!

Remind them of your role in LEGISLATIVE CHALLENGES, NETWORKING , GREAT EDUCATION , SPONSORED EVENTS , ABO-NCLE PREPS , and all the additional things your association provides to it's members.

Remind them you are here for them and that state associations protect and support the opticians in their state.

And remind them that when they join your association, they support the association that supports them!!

Good luck in navigating this complex time.

If you have any questions, suggestions or ideas, please do not hesitate to CONTACT US .

Thank you for all you do!
