"Local magic clubs are dead."

Dave Arch, Executive Director of The Omaha Magical Society disagrees with the above statement.

He believes it is not inevitable.

However, as you'll see in his no cost proven and flexible curriculum, he believes a club will thrive and/or revive only when it becomes intentional about an area in which YouTube can never compete - fostering mentoring relationships.

From his twenty-five year career in managing the mentoring program for Tenaska - Nebraska's largest privately held company, he also believes that the generation currently in their twenties and thirties are more open to mentoring than either of the previous two generations.

However, if you've never been mentored, how do you know how to mentor?

Here Dave presents a flexible curriculum with twenty-two sessions (complete with online videos) for use with one student or a small group to work in making sure the epitaph on the above tombstone never comes to pass.
