| The "Nook" |  |
The "nook" is a great option for including miniatures in your real life home design. Check out the website for more ideas and suggestions. If you cannot attend, the complete kits are available with the Palladian, Victorian, or Traditional style door and windows. |
| | Winery Workshop |  |
Join us for this two-day event during which we will construct a three section roombox with patio, wine cellar, and tasting room. Participants will be provided with all materials necessary to build and decorate each area, all of which are enclosed in a wooden wine crate. | | Build a Tree |  |
Learn how to create
a realistic looking dollhouse miniature Christmas tree using lycopodium and a bottle brush (sisal) tree on October 20, 2012. During this class we will also make a paper chain garland for that retro or old-fashioned Christmas feel. Additional touches such as tree skirt, gift packages, ornaments, and nativity are available separately. |
| | Sweet Nothings |  |
Due to scheduling conflicts, we rescheduled the Sweet Nothings class to November 10, 2012. If you are interested in attending, there is still time to register online or by calling us at 812-597-4346. Stop by the shop to see our prototype. Class will start at 10 am and last until about 5 pm. Bring a sack lunch or plan to take a lunch break at one of the local restaurants. |

Additional News and Reminders
Learn the basics of wiring with the tapewire system. In this class you will learn to plan your wiring layout for a dollhouse or roombox, make connections, and install a lamp. This hands-on class will provide you the knowledge and experience to wire your next project. Basic wiring classes are offered every other month at Jeepers, alternating weekdays and weekends. The next basic wiring class is Friday, September 28, 2012 at 10:30 am. The class will last about 2 hours. Registration is required by September 24, 2012. The last class for this year will be on Saturday, November 17, 2012.
I'm sure you have already marked your calendars, but just in case you forgot, Jane Graber's open house is Saturday, October 13th. If you need the address, just call the shop or drop me a line.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by our table at the Museum Show at St. Luke's! We're looking forward to the show again next year. As always, it is a wonderful little show and our pleasure to bring a little of our shop to you!
