To Our Brookline Senior Center Community,
As the season changes and the days grow shorter, many of us turn toward the traditions that bring comfort, meaning, and light into our lives. These traditions, whether shared through family gatherings, cultural celebrations, music, stories, or quiet reflection, connect us across generations.
At the heart of these traditions are our seniors. They are the keepers of stories, values, and experiences that have shaped our community. The light they carry is reflected in their resilience, wisdom, and the countless ways they continue to give to others.
During this season, the Senior Center is especially mindful of how important connection can be. For some older adults, the holidays are joyful and busy; for others, they can be a time of loneliness or remembrance. A kind word, a shared conversation, or a welcoming space can make all the difference.
We invite you to join us in honoring and supporting our seniors by:
• Reaching out to check in on a neighbor or loved one.
• Participating in center programs and activities.
• Helping us create an environment filled with kindness, respect, and inclusion.
Thank you.
Wishing you peace, warmth, and brightness this holiday season.
