"Called For More"
Some of you may have heard the Diocese of Cleveland is participating in an initiative of the Catholic Leadership Institute entitled “Called For More.” Through a grant from the Lily Endowment, we are one the 12 dioceses in the United States participating in this project.
So what is this program “Called For More?” This program seeks to give parishioners more awareness about their needs and opportunities of their local community, and priests more awareness and support around their ongoing ministerial development. With this, the diocese has better information when it comes to assigning priests to parishes and offering parishes support.
How does this program gather all this information? Through an online survey. I did one several weeks ago. As a parishioner, you can participate too, if you like, through the “Disciple Maker Index.” The “Disciple Maker Index” invites parishioners to reflect where there are in their relationship with the parish, and where they are in their journey of faith.
The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Thank you! Your input is an invaluable resource for our parish. The primary purpose of this program is to help improve the overall experience for the people of the diocese, and the priests in their discipleship and leadership. Thank you for participating in this program. Surveys need to be completed by March 22nd.
God bless and stay safe!
