Back to School Paperwork
& Your Alma Account
Deadline: Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020
As a reminder, Alma is the system we are using for registration and will be our grading/attendance system once we are back in the building.
Please complete the following:
1) Follow the link to activate your Alma account.
2) On your Alma dashboard, there will be a tile that says "Alma Start" on it. Click there.
3) It will ask if you want to link your Alma Start account. Click yes and it will set up your Alma Start
4) On your dashboard, a link that says "forms and processes" will appear. click on that. You will be taken to the registration paperwork
there are a couple of glitches in the paperwork (sorry, new system, learning as I go)...
A) When you get to the page where it asks if you have an IEP or 504, you have to upload SOMETHING on that page, so if you don't have an updated document to upload, just upload a blank piece of paper.
B) On the consent to administer OTC meds, you are only able to choose one. I will fix that once we are back in the building as it doesn't apply at this point. We can't make any changes to the forms once it is in process.
If you can't find the link to activate your account, please do a search for Alma in your inbox. If it's not there, please send Mary an email and she will resend you the link.
We are still using Gradelink for our grades and attendance during remote learning. If you are new to Park Academy, your login information will be sent home soon.
