On Saturday, June 15th, friends and patrons of Pottery Northwest came together to fan the flames of creativity at the hottest event of the summer — helping to raise a red hot $100K in support of our cultural arts mission to inspire and educate!

The Earth & Fire Affair radiated with positive vibes and was attended by amazing guests. This event was a celebration of our vibrant clay community with keynote speakers directly from the studio: Veronica, Jersey, and Sierra, who told the room about their positive and fulfilling journeys at Pottery Northwest. The event was a smashing success!

With auctioneer supreme at the helm, Sasha Summer Cousineau, guests experienced a lively, fun, and engaging event program full of top-tier ceramic art pieces, vacation packages, and more!

Fueled by the positive message of Pottery Northwest's cultural arts mission, the event attendees brought the heat with donations that propelled the Earth & Fire Affair to the $100K level.

Our event was buoyed by the news that Saturday, June 15th 2024 was Pottery Northwest Day! We're thankful to Mayor Bruce Harrell for recognizing our service to the community here in Seattle, for our dedication to arts education, and for honoring us for our work in building strong and vibrant communities through the power of the ceramic arts.
