Since the creation of The Next Stop 17 years ago, we have continually been amazed by the camaraderie and sense of belonging among our members. Despite the diverse range of strengths and challenges, members come together with support and appreciation for one another. We believe that all our differences contribute to the beauty and the richness of The Next Stop.

These unique differences were what inspired this year's lasagna dinner theme "A Rainbow of Friends at The Next Stop". More than 300 family members and friends gathered on the evening of March 14th and enjoyed a grand and joyous celebration of our members and volunteers!

When all the DIFFERENT colors of the rainbow come together, a beautiful rainbow is created. When all the DIFFERENT members, volunteers and staff come together at The Next Stop, an extraordinary community is created. The volunteers of The Next Stop are the heart of our program! Their dedication shines as they guide activities and mentor our members each afternoon. To show our deep appreciation, we surprised them with a special tribute at the dinner.

One of the most rewarding parts of serving our members at The Next Stop is giving them the opportunity to shine. From preparing lasagnas and desserts for their families to taking on hosting roles and performing a well-rehearsed presentation, this special evening is a true highlight. The excitement, confidence, and pride they display are a powerful reminder of the meaningful impact your support helps make possible.
