Dear Hotchkiss Families,
I send you best wishes this week and a brief update on our weekly testing. As a reminder, we are testing all students and student-facing employees every week using a pooled saliva testing protocol. Yesterday, we responded to one positive test in all the pools. All other students and employees tested negative. The individual who tested positive is an external contractor who has been working on campus in the evenings in non-dorm spaces. No Hotchkiss community members are considered close contacts, and the areas where the individual worked were cleaned carefully yesterday.
We are adding this week's results to the testing statistics page, and we will write again next week with our usual weekly communication about the Campus Report Card. Sincerely,
