Taking Care of our Nonprofit Leaders

The latest survey results are sobering: 44% of San Diego nonprofit leaders say they are close to burnout and 91% of leaders report worsening wellbeing among employees. The demands are relentless, the stakes are high, and too often the people carrying this work receive the

least time to restore themselves.

Fieldstone believes this must be addressed now.

To support your wellbeing, we invite you to step away from the daily pressures of the workplace and join us for a restorative day designed specifically for nonprofit leaders who need space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with the vocation and calling that first brought them to this work.

Our retreat will take place on May 15th at Coastal Roots Farm, a beautiful outdoor setting that naturally invites slowing down and renewal. The day will include guided conversation and listening practices that foster genuine connection with peers who understand the unique challenges

of mission-driven leadership.

As a unique treat, we will explore the farm, harvest fresh ingredients, and make wood-fired pizzas from what we gather.

You will leave not only refreshed, but reminded that you are not carrying

this work alone.

This is more than a retreat. It is a necessary antidote to exhaustion, isolation, and the pace that can quietly erode purpose.

If your spirit has been running on empty, this invitation is for you.

All are welcome. Invite you team. Invite your peers.

Group rates available. Contact Becky

$225 tuition includes all program facilitation, materials, art supplies, lunch as well as coffee, tea and cold drinks throughout the day.
