This fall, we are proud to celebrate an extraordinary group of women who completed Pathways 4 Equity (P4E) — The LOHM’s career-ready fellowship designed to unlock economic opportunity for justice-impacted women through digital skills training, professional development, and paid, real-world experience.
Over the course of the program, these women showed up with courage, commitment, and vision — building skills, sharpening confidence, and preparing for careers that offer stability, growth, and family-supporting wages.
