UPDATE:  After announcing our presence in the Catalog app for iPad in our last newsletter, we learned that the Catalog app had been pulled from the iTunes app store and support for the app had ceased. Although this was terrible news, we worked tirelessly with our technical team to streamline our website for iPad functionality.

Lamburgers David

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground lamb
2 Tbs. Jerk Seasoning or 1-1/2 Tbs. Mango Kuchela
1 tsp. Seasoned Sea Salt
1/2 tsp crushed Rosemary 
                                            

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients well
  • Form into desired size patties:                                              1. Makes 16 sausage type patties for brunch or breakfast.       2. Makes 8 regular size patties for lunch or dinner.
  • Cook, according to size until preferred doneness (medium - medium rare is best)
