There will be a Service of Remembrance this Saturday, September 11 at 5pm on the Green to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of 9-11, and to honor the members of the Madison community who were lost on 9/11: 
Dianne Bullis Snyder, Peter Gelinas, Anthony Demas, & Robert Peraza.

As the final production of its 2021 mainstage season, Madison Lyric Stage is presenting Puccini’s beloved opera Suor Angelica for eight performances September 9 – 19, outdoors under a large tent on the grounds of Madison’s Deacon John Grave House. Tickets available at and 203-215-6329.
The Scranton Library Friends will hold their FINAL BOOK SALE OF THE SUMMER, under the tent on the Scranton Library campus. Parking is available in the lot accessed from Wall Street.

They are selling from an entirely new inventory, in all genres. Saturday, the final day, will be a “fill a bag for $10.” event; bags provided.
