Ministry Partners and Friends,
This is a bitter sweet time in my life and I feel it’s important for our ministry friends like you to know.
After much prayer and confirmation from the LORD, it is time for me to pass the baton. Effective Thursday, November 16, I will be resigning from Still Waters.
The last 17 years has been the biggest blessing of my life, outside of my husband and children. The LORD has given me a once-in-a-lifetime gift to be a Co-Founder and serve as the Executive Director of Still Waters.
Thank you, financial friends and partners, for your love, prayers, and friendship over the years. You hold a very special place in my heart. Still Waters couldn’t have and cannot exist without you and the LORD. I want to personally thank you for choosing to prayerfully and financially support this wonderful ministry and allowing me to serve alongside of you.
To our Staff, Volunteers and Board Members, I want you to know that you have blessed my life in ways that you will never know this side of heaven. Together, we have faithfully served, worked hard and loved well in order to get to the place where we are today. I’m so very proud of our team and know without a doubt that God will continue to use you all in incredible ways in the days ahead. Always remember to commit everything you do to the LORD. Trust Him and He will help you. Psalm 37:5 NLT
It is by no means goodbye, but “Until next time.” I love you all very much!
May the Lord bless each and every one of you. I pray you have a memorable holiday season and a wonderful Happy New Year.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Ketra Hancock
Philippians 1:3
I thank my God in all my remembrance of you.
