Averett University and Appalachian School of Law are entering into a partnership for a 3-plus-3 dual-degree program in which Averett pre-law graduates who meet certain qualifications can complete their undergraduate education in three years at Averett and then move into the law program for three years at Appalachian School of Law.

These students will complete both degrees in six years as opposed to seven, saving students a year’s tuition and preparing them for their entire career in law.

A 4+3 arrangement with preferred admission is also part of the agreement. Two Merit Scholarships for dual degree students will also be available annually, making this program even more affordable.
