Genopole is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2018, and as part of these celebrations, we are very happy to host AURP members for the first I2RP held outside the US.

You will hear about the history of our biocluster, and its developments in gene and cell therapy, personalised medicine and synthetic biology.

France is taking a strong turn towards innovation and this I2RP will also include a visit of the campus of Université Paris-Saclay which is one of the most important cluster developments in the world. Looking forward to seeing you in France in June.

Highlights from Stanford I2RP
Thank you to Stanford Research Park for hosting the first Insights into Research Parks (I2RP) of 2018 in Palo Alto, California May 1 – 2nd.

The sold out program started with the founding of the park in 1951 and learned about it’s journey to being one of the most respected research and technology parks in the world with over 150 companies on 700 acres with over 10 million sq ft of tech space.

Participants enjoyed tours of the Stanford Research Park, StartX, and Stanford University with special thanks to our lunch host: Julie Jones with Perkins Coie, HQ’d in SRP, along with an educational and team building map exercise .

Each one of these I2RP programs are so unique, just like the parks themselves. “You’ve seen one research park, you’ve seen one research park”, every journey is different. Join us in June at our first international I2RP, Genopole (Paris & Évry, France) .
