Greetings, and Happy New Year! 

We are excited to share that a group of medical students from the University of Minnesota want to treat you to lunch!

When: Monday, January 16, 2023

Time: 11:30-1:30

Where: The Danish American Center

These students are interested in and committed to the field of LGBTQ health and aging. But there are not enough learning opportunities at school on the topic -- and they would love the chance to learn from your wisdom and experience -- not only to supplement their learning but to identify ways to improve the existing curriculum to benefit future students and the LGBTQ community members as well!

Rainbow Health and Friends & Co. are happy to host this informal gathering over a delicious Pizza Luce lunch for social connection and to participate in relaxed, small-group discussions about health, wellness, and LGBTQ older adults.

We will also be introducing a pilot "buddy program" where, if you are interested, you can be paired up with a medical student to continue the conversation!
