Nominate An Outstanding Student or Educator

Leonardo Da Vinci’s fascination with flight never stopped him from pursing his lifelong dream of finding a way for man to fly. He said, "When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward. For there you have been, and there you will always long to return.”

Da Vinci had more than 200 sketches and drawings of theories on flight! Do you know a student who pursues their aviation dreams? Who works hard and deserves an award for their efforts? If so, we need you to NOMINATE them for The James Rardon Aviation Maintenance Technician Student of the Year Award.

Likewise, please NOMINATE an Educator who positively affects their school, community and students in an outstanding way for the Ivan D. Livi Aviation Maintenance Educator of the Year Award.

Award recipients will receive a monetary award and travel reimbursement to attend the ATEC Annual Conference in Chicago where they will be recognized during the award luncheon. The deadline to submit a nomination is February 1, 2023. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have any nominations in either category, so please really consider nominating someone.
