Dear Friend of FPTV,

Nearly nine years ago I set out to find a solution to the lack of shelter options for the growing number of families experiencing homelessness in our community. Together, as a community, we came together to open Family Promise of Tualatin Valley. Our services have grown from a maximum of 14 people in shelter to over 200! I’m most proud of having acquired our 114-room hotel building in Tigard—Bridge to Home—as it has allowed us to grow to meet the needs we continue to see all around us.

These past years have involved the most difficult and most rewarding work I’ve ever done. I’m humbled and grateful for all of the hands and hearts who have come together to build and grow FPTV to where we are today. Your continued support has led to literally thousands of moms, dads, grandparents, and children in our area being positively impacted by our program. Thank you!

With much gratitude, I announce my decision to step down as Executive Director at FPTV. These past few months of preparation for my departure have been bittersweet. I am thrilled that we have built such a dynamic team who will pick up the torch and continue lighting the path forward. Our mission, vision, and values—and the passion we share in supporting families during their rehousing journey—will stay true for many impactful decades to come.

Each day over these final few weeks will be full of heartfelt appreciation for having had the best job, in the best community, one could ever have. Again, THANK YOU!

In service,

Rose Money
