David began his work at the firm in April 2015. David researched, assisted, drafted, and edited Christopher C. Melcher's book on pre-marital agreements “ Complex Issues in California Family Law, Volume K, Premarital Agreements " (available here ). He also drafted the trial brief and statement of decision for a case concerning a premarital agreement between European wife and American husband worth approximately $400 million.

In addition to his schooling at Pepperdine, he worked as a research assistant for Academic Dean Naomi Goodno . He was also a member of the Moot Court Board ; president of the Habeas Ludus Institute for Strategic Thinking Club, and served as a student mentor for the first-year law students.

His job and goal as an attorney is to help people navigate this difficult time in their lives by helping them understand the legal process and potential issues.
We would like to welcome our new Bookkeeper, Kerri Bevans , to the Walzer Melche r family. Kerri grew up in Los Angeles. With more than 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, her work ethic shows precision and accuracy. Passionate about her craft, Kerri is committed to paying close attention to detail.

Dedicated not only to her work but also to her home life, when she is not working she is spending time with her family. Kerri is a volunteering team mom for her 6-year-old son’s school baseball team. She is excited about her future at Walzer Melcher LLP.
