Daemen University Builds Future Leaders

Daemen University gives students a world of opportunity to advance their careers through exceptional business and leadership programs.

Whether students aspire to be a COO, financial analyst, business operations manager, educational administrator, or executive director, among other roles, Daemen’s MBA and Leadership and Innovation programs will set them up for professional growth and success.

The MBA program offers a tailored learning experience — with full and part-time options — that includes on-campus, online, and live online formats. Students can complete the MBA program in as little as 12-18 months with the accelerated 36 credit hour format option.

Students who enroll in the MBA program must have completed an accounting or business undergraduate degree at an accredited university or college (minimum 3.0 GPA in business courses). If students hold a bachelor’s degree in an academic discipline other than business, they must have at least 30 business-related course credits with a minimum grade of B.

The Leadership and Innovation program teaches students key skills for becoming critical thinkers, problem solvers, and integral members of their teams. The program consists of 36 credit hours that can be completed in just 24 months. Classes meet one evening per week to accommodate working students' schedules.

Leadership and Innovation students customize their research project/thesis and complete the specialization leadership course in one of four specialty tracks: business, health professions, higher education, or social impact organizations.
