Tuesday within the Octave of Easter
O Risen Lord, you call each one of us by name whenever we are stuck in our grief. We do not want you to leave us alone in our grief, but you call us out and remind us that you are always there for us. We are grateful that you see us, know us and love us even when we feel far from you or in fear, in trouble and discouraged. May we never hold on to our grief and fear, but instead may we desire more intimacy with you through all your Sacraments. As you consoled us in our grief and fear, may we be able to console each other in our sorrows and grief. Amen.
