Staff Spotlight: Stephanie Cisneros
In many of our previous Staff Spotlights, we've tended to focus on some of our staff that have worked at ARCH for a long time. So this month we wanted to talk to one of our newer younger staff who is working with us in our ARCHKids Summer camp and ARCHKids After-school program.

We interviewed Recreation Leader, Stephanie Cisneros, age 21, and a Phoenix native, about how she got involved in ARCH.

Read her blog post interview here.

Summer Concert Success
Thanks to everyone who came and supported our annual Family & Friends Summer Concert
ARCH Media Club
This year we started a new weekly Media Club at ARCH for adult participants.

Check out our new Media Club webpage!

We posted the amazing photos they produced at a recent photography session on our blog:
Kindness makes the world go round!

We would like the thank publicly the kind man who saw 22 of our adult ARCH participants on an outing at Jack in the Box and offered to buy everyone lunch!
Phoenix Bird Civitan Club seeking New Members

Civitan International is a global organization with local groups.

Members of the Phoenix Bird Civitan Club meet at ARCH on Tuesdays at 4.30pm on the 1st and 3rd week of every month. Many of our participants at ARCH live at the local Civitan group home and help to run the local club. They host a number of interesting speakers and organize trips to places like Zoolights, pizza, bowling and fundraising events.

Sessions start again in October 2017 and are open to  anyone with  a disability.
Watch this space for more details on how to join and for the
new schedule coming out soon!
