A Big Thanks to the Habitat LA Westside Church Coalition
The Habitat LA Westside Church Coalition (WCC) has been one of our long-time partners and supporters since 2014. The coalition, comprised of nine churches from across the Westside, have raised over $190,000 to support our ten-house Culver City development, including the future home of the Mulvihill family. Hundreds of volunteers from the coalition have helped to advocate, educate, and build over the last five years through various events and fourteen build days onsite. We are so grateful for their support, especially from our WCC leadership team, led by Dianne Tyau. Thank you for all that you have done to help us build LA!
Building Futures with Terranea
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) and Terranea have partnered together for over seven years to help families achieve the stability and self-reliance they need to build a better future. Terri Haack, President, Terranea, has supported Habitat LA for many years as an active member of the Board of Directors and also a host committee member for the Los Angeles Builders Ball. Terranea was also very instrumental in promoting Habitat LA’s Playhouse Build program. Check out this thoughtful feature on Habitat LA and one of our partner families, Jose Tobar, in Terranea’s latest edition of Terranea Life . Thank you Terranea for continuing to inspire us and for your team’s commitment to building the Los Angeles community.
