🍕 Nonna’s is known for their marinara sauce, which is made from an old family recipe. They've been told by many that they have the best marinara sauce in town!

Their extensive menu boasts authentic 🍝 Italian meals, such as the flavorful Zuppa de Pesce, classics including Lasagna, and favorites like the Penne Alla Vodka. They also offer catering services.

🍨 🥄 The Bakery at Mount Pleasant Adds a Cool Twist

The Bakery at Mount Pleasant has announced the newest addition to its menu: 🍦 Blue Bell ice cream.

Karen Helton, the mastermind behind the bakery, is buzzing with enthusiasm, already brainstorming creative ways to combine her delectable pastries with the indulgence of ice cream.

🍰🧁🍪 The very best treats come from The Bakery at Mount Pleasant. I haven’t found anything I don’t love yet, and I’m thrilled to have new things to try regularly. Wonderful team who really does an exceptional job. Try something - you won’t be disappointed! Jason

⏰ In addition to the exciting ice cream news, the bakery has also adjusted its operating hours to better serve the community.

• They are now open from 11am-9pm, Wednesday through Saturday, and from 2-6pm on Sundays.

⛳ Tee It Up for CabCo Kids

The Ben Mynatt Children’s Foundation Children’s Classic Golf Tournament has raised and distributed over $1,052,000 in cumulative giving to children’s groups in our region.

Now in its 22nd year, this tournament helps fund The Ben Mynatt Children’s Foundation which provides financial assistance to non-profits whose missions seek to improve the lives of children of Cabarrus County.

• The foundation’s specific focus is on those serving children with physical, mental, or economic disadvantages.

🏌🏾 🏌🏽‍♀️ Held at the beautiful Trump National Golf Club Charlotte, this event features numerous prizes, breakfast, lunch, and an awards ceremony at the 19th hole reception.

Registration is open and there are several levels of sponsorship opportunities available.

🏫 📐 Rotary Club Leads School Supply Drive

Concord Afton Sunset Rotary Club seeks support for their “School Tools” school supply drive.

📓✏️🖍️ Now in their 6th year sponsoring the program, they emphasize that donations are needed early this year with our public schools starting on August 10th. The collection is from July 15th through August 7th.

The program supports the children and teachers of Cabarrus County and Kannapolis City Schools. Donations are collected in barrels throughout the community and then organized and delivered by Rotary Club members.
