We also know that our current Youth Director for the Acadiana region, Hannah Guilliam, was inspired to pursue pro-life youth advocacy in high school after hearing the story of a woman who had an abortion herself.
High school pro-life education forms lifesavers!
These stories inspire us to keep educating young people about the violence of abortion and its impact on mothers, especially with a new school year just beginning. Already, in 2024, Louisiana Right to Life's Youth Education team has presented to 5,755 students!

Last, but not least, we are happy to announce that Nicky Orozco has joined our team as the Youth Director for the Southeast region, which encompasses Greater New Orleans. She was born in Puerto Rico, and grew up in New Hampshire before she moved to Louisiana. In 2022, Nicky graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a degree in Social Work.
