Season of Thanks
The Thanksgiving holiday is approaching, and it gives us a time to reflect. At YESS, we are immensely grateful for our supportive community as we know we could not do the critical work of keeping kids safe without your help.
We hosted a Thanksgiving meal for youth and staff, complete with corn bread and pumpkin pie, for those who might not be able to be home with their families over the holiday. This time of year can be chaotic for many, but the spirit of giving is alive and well as we start to move into December. We appreciate every donor, volunteer, community partner and friend of ours in the community!
"As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." - John Fitzgerald Kennedy
