A Thought for Today
During this time, I have decided to reach out and try to help others. This is a scary and difficult time for so many. Maybe, with a little kindness, I can offer glimmers of hope, understanding, opportunity, and action. If I can do that, then it will be worth sharing my thoughts.

If you find today’s thought useful, please pass it on to someone you care about. Share your own thoughts and feelings during this crisis. Try to make the world a better place. Doing so may just make you smile, hope, and care a little bit more too.
Routines
Old Routines and New Routines: During this time of disruption and change, I am examining my daily routines. I need to keep routines in place that have served me from the past. Adjusting my morning routine to fit my new way of work is important. I am making good use of the time I have now gotten because my travel pattern has changed. I’m slowing down to recognize what is the same for me. I’m also staying positive in the moment and adding things to my schedule I have not otherwise had the time to do. This is my new way of developing the new me.

Lesson to Learn: A mixture of the old routines and the new routines is how I will adjust to this new reality.

Answer for Me: Keep what is working, change what is not by adding new routines that give me and others hope and a way through the crisis.

Action: Review my daily routines and intentionally add positive additions that are important for this time in my life.

Daily Habit: Observe my new way of work and life. Asking myself, “What stays the same and what is best to change?”
What are your thoughts today? Feel free to share by responding to this email.

Be calm. Stay safe. Carry on.
